Rock 'n' Roll - Best Trails in town

Action-packed trail tour with the best MTB trails in Mittenwald and the upper Isar Valley (Krün/Wallgau/Mittenwald/Klais region). If you enjoy riding single trails with technical passages at level 2/3 and you also pedal up the routes yourself (mostly easy forest roads), then it's rock 'n' roll time, baby! In addition to trail action, the MTB Trails Mittenwald Tour offers fantastic views of our Karwendel landscape with rolling meadows, the Isar river, valleys, gorges, waterfalls... Naturally, this tour also involves cycling up some altitude, which is divided into 2-3 longer climbs. So we take short breaks to catch our breath, but then we get down to business...

difficulty: Red/Medium Heavy to Black/Heavy, i.e. challenging ascents and descents, with short pushing and carrying sections. Hairpin bends, steps and drops, root and rock sections. Difficulty is adapted to the participants. Difficult sections can also be pushed.

We had a blast!! Dominik is such a cool guy and knows all the best trails in the area.

It is definitely a good idea to go with a mtb guide in this area as the most of the best trails are pretty hidden and not documented online. There are a few places bikes are strictly forbidden and I would hate to end up somewhere I wasn't supposed to be.
